We understand that getting your supplies on time and in perfect condition is crucial for your classroom activities. That’s why we’ve created this comprehensive Shipping & Returns policy – to ensure your experience is as smooth as our popular Bulletin Board Sets!

📦 Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (like back-to-school time), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated!

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Note: We ship globally, but cannot deliver to remote areas in Asia and some other remote regions. Check with us if you’re unsure about your location!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spooky Supplies! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help you return or exchange items – it’s as easy as using our Blocks & Manipulatives in your classroom!

Policy Overview

• Return Period: 15 days from when you receive your order
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Exceptions: Some items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons (see below)

🛠️ How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps – we’ve made it as straightforward as our Alphabet Recognition tools!

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
   • Your order number
   • Item(s) you want to return/exchange
   • Brief reason for return
   Use our template below to make it super clear!
2. Wait for Approval: Our friendly team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Don’t send items back without this RAN – it helps us track your return like we track our Curriculum Projects!
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the RAN on the outside of the box, and ship to:

   You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error (wrong item shipped, etc.).
4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. We’ll notify you via email – so keep an eye out, just like you would for our fun Activity Books!

💰 Refunds: Timing & Methods

After we approve your return, here’s what to expect – just as reliable as our delivery of Bulk Classroom Supplies!

Timing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Funds may take additional time to appear in your account (typically 3-10 business days), depending on your payment method and financial institution

Method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
• We support refunds via: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal
• If you paid with PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account
• Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene, some items cannot be returned or exchanged. This is similar to how we handle our Assortments with care!

📦 Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we apologize for the mix-up! Contact us within 15 days, and we’ll cover the shipping costs for the exchange. We’ll send the correct item as soon as possible, using our standard shipping methods (DHL/FedEx or EMS). It’s our way of making things right, so you can get back to creating spooky-fun learning environments with our Classroom Decorations.
