We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that some products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons—check the “Non-Returnable Items” section below for details. - Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason. Use the template below to make it super clear!
- Wait for Approval: Our friendly team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Do not send items back without this—it helps us track your return like we track our Curriculum Projects!
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN on the outside of the box, and ship it to: Spooky Supplies Shop, 3684 Chandler Drive, Springfield, US 65806. You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. We’ll notify you via email—so keep an eye out, just like you would for our fun Alphabet Recognition tools!

đź’° Refunds: Timing and Methods
After we approve your return, here’s what to expect—just as reliable as our delivery of Bulk Classroom Supplies!
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution (typically 3-10 business days).
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. We support refunds via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
đźš« Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and hygiene, some items cannot be returned or exchanged. This is similar to how we handle our Assortments with care! Based on our product menu and analysis, the following are non-returnable:
- Erasers (due to hygiene reasons)
- Classroom Crafts and Curriculum Projects & Activities that have been opened or used, as they may not be resellable.
- Any personalized or custom-made items, such as certain Awards & Incentives or Certificates, if they’ve been customized for your needs.

📦 Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we apologize for the mix-up! Contact us within 15 days, and we’ll cover the shipping costs for the exchange. We’ll send the correct item as soon as possible, using our standard shipping methods (DHL/FedEx or EMS). It’s our way of making things right, so you can get back to creating spooky-fun learning environments with our Classroom Decorations.
